| The competition in software industry is not only the competition of capital and technology but also talents. How to solve the serious lack of talents and the unreasonable structure is the key point to promote the further development of software outsourcing. Therefore the research on the training of software outsourcing talents has obvious times and social value.Beginning with the current situation of software outsourcing talents, the paper analyzes the talent features in Chinese software outsourcing and the problems in existing training modes, probes into the concrete talent training modes and introduces the characteristics of several different overseas and domestic software talent training modes. For domestic, the author focuses on Neusoft Group, summarizes the unique training mode of software outsourcing talents which is actual case teaching plus blending teaching.The actual case teaching refers to apply the project cases from the enterprises to the training process and the students are grouped to develop software in the teaching environment simulating true enterprise working environment, which makes them get familiar with the whole project development flow and fosters their practical ability and team-working.Blending teaching refers to the interaction of online and offline, the combination of face-to-face teaching and online study as well as the combination of independent study and consolidation study. This blending teaching training mode takes full consideration of the various training needs from Neusoft staff, not only including the difference of region and time, but also the difference of personal training needs and former base.Meanwhile, the author probes into the innovation on the basis of the training mode of actual case teaching plus blending teaching and makes the suggestion and hopes it can make slight contribution to the development of our software outsourcing industry. |
