With the development of global integration and the continuous deepening of China's reform and opening up,enterprises are now facing the challenges gradually changing from the domestic industrial environment and competition to the influence of the global industrial chain.At the same time,the upgrading and wide application of information technology,such as the internet,has put forward higher requirements for the products,services,production,technology,research and development,sales and supply chain of enterprises.Behind all these changes is actually a higher demand for business management capabilities.And more emphasis is put on management competition than on the initial product competition,scale competition and channel competition.The core of the competition lies in talent competition.As a strategic resource of enterprises,talents are playing a vital role in the rapid development of enterprises.With the changes of the times and the changes of the internal and external environment,Hengshun Company with profound cultural heritage and fine tradition has achieved rapid development with the help of the reform and opening up.However,in recent years,Hengshun's performance growth has apparently slowed down with the aggravation of competition.There are still many obstacles to overcome before realizing overall strategy of the company,such as the lag in internal management process,less investment in R&D,lack of lean management in manufacturing,and insufficient management ability.In the process of realizing the whole value chain,people are the most basic success factors,also the biggest constraints,including outdated thoughts,narrow vision,weak professional knowledge and skills,lack of management concepts and methods,and single employee training methods.and many more.The key topic of the thesis is how to help enterprises improve the overall management efficiency of the organization,cultivate the backbone,help employees grow rapidly and build a closed loop of talent cultivation to help enterprises develop.The analysis starts from the internal and external environment changes faced by Hengshun Company and the current development of the company's demands,dives into the total number ofemployees,age structure,academic level,and hierarchical structure based on literature research,observation,in-depth interviews,questionnaires and other methods through the relevant theory of human resource management.Also,the paper has sorted out the key problems in the cultivation of talents.Such as,the training organization only existing in the form without expected effect and failing to meet the needs of the post.The enthusiasm of employees to participate in training is not high,and it is considered that wasting time and energy has little impact on the future development of individuals.The atmosphere is good during the training.However,after a period of time,what to do or how to do it,the improvement effect is not obvious and lasting,and so on.Based on the current situation of enterprise talent training,the paper proposes corresponding solutions based on the problem.In view of problems above,this paper has carried out research on the talent training program that fits the needs of Hengshun Company,mainly including the establishment of the internal talent training platform,the customized training of management personnel and management trainees based on the platform.In order to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation of the program,the paper also proposes the construction of safeguard measures,including the establishment of career development channels and the establishment of career planning.Therefore,the research forms a closed loop.From problem raising,the solution,the implementation of the plan,to the establishment of safeguard measures,the talent solution of Hengshun Company will be continuously adjusted and optimized.The research on the talent training program of Hengshun Company can not only help the company to gradually get out of the predicament,but also lay a solid foundation for the future sustainable development,providing a continuous supply of talents and a talent training reference for enterprises in the same stage of development.
