With the rise of software outsourcing industry,software outsourcing is becoming one of the important directions of development of China's software companies,especially in recent years as the center of China's software outsourcing worldwide,promoting the whole of China's software industry maintained a rapid growth trend.However,despite China's software outsourcing industry has shown encouraging results,but still because of some internal and external causes some practical issues need to be addressed,such as the internal low employee satisfaction,high rate of brain drain phenomenon,another example of software outsourcing market intense competition,lack of talent supply and so on.In this paper,the case of Neusoft Software Outsourcing Software Development Division staff turnover,staff from the impact of the external environment to the inner thoughts of its own staff and other multi-angle analysis of the reasons for this situation,combined with the characteristics of outsourcing human resources department,from employee recruitment,performance appraisal,employee training,corporate culture,rules and regulations to improve the cohesion and team-building,and many other improvements proposed comprehensive software development division management strategy to tackle the sector's software outsourcing personnel high drain problem,improve team stability.Significance of this study lies in the status quo Neusoft software outsourcing turnover of China's software outsourcing industry to map out the existing problems and deficiencies,and by seeking solutions capable of effectively outsourcing sector brain drain,enhance the company's software from the soft power the overall strength of the development division,thereby expanding the company influence and visibility in the Chinese software outsourcing market,and promote the development of the company in the field of software outsourcing services.The full text of the study includes the following main points:First,the introduction of domestic and foreign software development process outsourcing industry and market structure before and after the global financial crisis,focuses on the opportunities and challenges facing China's software outsourcing industry,to clarify the meaning and purpose of this study;Second,the introduction of Neusoft Software Development Division,and business model development,with detailed diagrams from education,job title,department latitudinal analysis department personnel structure,with a chart from seniority,month,position,destination and other multi-angle analysis of departmental staff loss characteristics,trends and loss before presentation software development division in recent years;Third,from the employees themselves,the four aspects of the company management,customer pressure and the external environment were to analyze the reasons Neusoft Software Development Division staff turnover,summed mistakes and shortcomings in the department staff management,and proposed appropriate for all kinds of reasons for the loss solution,ultimately reducing staff turnover department;...
