With the globalization development, the competition between organizations depends on the competition of the supply chains. At the same time, the technical development and diverse requirements make product life cycle shorter than before. So the organizations face the pressure of cutting down delivery time, raising product quality, reducing cost and improving service. More and more organizations implement supply chain quality management as a strategy to using resource efficiently, reducing cost and improving core competitiveness. However, there is not much research about the relationship between the SCQM and organization's performance. On the basis of analyzing the key factors of SCQM, the thesis emphases on conceiving a model to link up the factors and evaluation of the performance. First, by a mass of literature research and practical interview, eleven key factors that influence the SCQM most are classified into two dimensions and two key factors are identified to evaluate the organization's performance. Second, a model of relationships evaluation is formed. And then, demonstrated by modeling SEM, the thesis got the following conclusion:①QM practice and supplier quality management are significantly correlated.②The level of supplier quality management has positively influenced the organization's performance.③The level of QM practice has no direct influence on the organization's performance, but QM practice has indirect positive influence on the organization's performance through supplier quality management. Finally, the thesis summarizes the conclusion and offers suggestions for future research.
