Research On Supply Chain Quality Management And The Relationship Between The Corporate Performance

In modern society, as competition has become more and more complex, cooperation between companies has become closer and closer, supply chain management has become an important part of daily management. As the basis of enterprise management, quality management also needs to strengthen the quality planning and controlling from the perspective of supply chain. Product quality not only relies on the production process, but also on suppliers, distributors. Therefore, it needs to focus on the company’s own status, but also the company business related in the supply chain. Carry out quality management from the perspective of the supply chain can help companies to control the quality of raw materials from a system point of view, regulate the production process, and improve sales and service quality, thereby to enhance business performance.The researches carried out by scholars, national and abroad, mainly fix on the quality strategy, information technology, mode of management, supplier’s quality control and evaluation etc, but there is few of those involving the relationship between the supply chain quality management and the corporate performance, and let alone those reach into a particular industry. Companies are lack of theoretical guidance in the implementation of the supply chain quality management. Take the Yangtze River Delta garment industry as an example, this paper, based on research results at home and abroad, combining with relevant theory, propose hypotheses and theoretical models, with the help of SPSS 17.0 analysis of reliability and validity and AMOS 17.0 analysis structural model, to adapt original model. The results suggest that the internal quality management is significantly correlated with supplier quality management, and the internal quality management is significantly connected with distributor quality management, while supplier quality management and distributor quality management also have a close relationship. Supplier quality management and the distributor quality management have a direct positive impact on organizational performance, while quality management doesn’t have.The conclusions of the research fill the space in the study of the relationship between the supply chain quality management and the business performance in garment field. It has a strong theoretical and practical significance. Based on the research findings, companies should pay attention to strengthen the suppliers and distributors quality management, while practicing the supply chain quality management. Also, they should adhere to make the internal quality management as a basis, meanwhile make a combination between these two managements. It is the only way to improve organizational performance and help it to gain long-term profit.
