Enterprise informatization in the modern enterprise management is a very popular vocabulary,it to enterprise's survival and development is of profound significance.At present,the enterprise management standard is imperfect,the business process not clear,staff quality is not high,the enterprise based data did not accumulate or not in good sharing,difficult to implement scientific management,resulting in enterprise informatization the effect not beautiful.More importantly,the informationization often brings the organizational structure and business process changes,if no strengthening employee information consciousness,it is more likely to occur,the conflict between the old and new management mode has caused much human resistance,no matter in the planning or in the construction information process,there are many doubts and confused.And place dauphine in middle and small enterprise is particularly obvious,these types of enterprise management and complexity business processes has no standard,both thought thick,nepotism obvious,internal resistance is very large.This paper makes a detailed paper analyzes the Inner Mongolia small and medium-sized enterprise informatization current situation,small and medium-sized enterprises concerned problems and small and medium-sized enterprise informatization existing problems,and then proposes the construction of the informatization and the planning process of some with regularity,universality and strategic problem is studied and explored.
