Study On The Overall Quality Management In Packaging Enterprise

The packing industry which newly rises in our country fully demonstrated its vigor and indicated the broad prospects of the packing market. Packing is the important appearance of commodity. The establishment of quality administrating system is the basic request of Total Quality Management and guarantees the product quality, it is also the need of Promoting competitive ability of the enterprise . With my own profession work experience I went to a weaving factory in Xiangtan to do some researching. During the research I paid more attention to the present situation packing enterprise's production,organizational structure, the function assignment of quality management system,control system, quality handbook, the prosess of producing and so on. I found a number of problems such as the consciousness of Total Quality Management needs improving, the quality responsibility is not clear , the Total Quality Management document is complicated, the method of quality management has backwardness, the quality cultural reconstruction is far behind, the quality authentication effect is not obvious, the implement power of quality and the power which continues to improve the quality are insufficient, the consideration of organization's inertia is insufficiency, the quality cost management is imperfect.In view of the present situation of the packing enterprise's management,the author focuses on the establishment of Total Quality Management of packing enterprise system, plans of the quality management system ,the compilation of the document and the quality handbook, and the instruction book the packing enterprise Total Quality Management system producing,the determination of the quality management system procedure. I also analyze the product quality record, the crosswise design of labor in enterprise and so on ,which are essential links. Simultaneously the author also draws on some advanced ideas and methods from the 6σManagement. I try to give some advice on the promotion packingenterprise Total Quality Management level from the reconstruction of enterprise quality cultural, management of enterprise's material, the managemen of safety and health t, the trains of staff and so on. I initially inquired into the Total Quality Management theory in the packing enterprise's application and promoted the sustainable development of packing enterprise .
