At first,the study showed the backgroud of the title and the significance of it.The study including analyzing status,analyzing feasibility,designing business model and operation strategy.The study analyzed the status of the in China and the decorative material industry.It also answer two questions: If e-commerce have some advantages over tradition model? If decorative material can be sold by online? Furthermore,it also applied the NASH theory to educing the conclusion that decorative material can be sold online.It also designed the business model of the online supermarket and established the profit model.At last,it discussed the execution of the operation strategy by SWOT analysis and markting tools.
