In this paper, the status quo in domestic Electronic Commerce. Followed by the status of the project for the region, an analysis, the main focus on competitors, consumers, suppliers and environmental aspects are described and analyzed. In the design part of the business model of value portfolio, the user purchase decision-making process, the core interests of the resources and revenue models in-depth analysis and design, establishing the core interests of this project will give consumers and profit model. Finally, through a SWOT analysis for this project faced, strengths, threats and disadvantages of proposed strategic combination; and in terms of marketing, organizational structure, human resources and risk management for how to implement user-centric interests and profit model conducted a study and discussion.
