As we all know, the real estate industry on the development of Chinese national economy will have a significant role as a important part of the national economy, real estate development is not only promoting the development of other industries, but also the relating benefits of every inhabitant , our national government has always been very concerned about real estate development. In recent years, Chinese real estate industry has developed rapidly, trade in the experience of many made at the same time, the general theory aware of the lack of investment and investment analysis methods guidance. Therefore, the paper proceed from reality, to use the scientific method, net of the cases of Changchun Jingyue real estate development project of ZhongDa Corporation in Guangxi province from the project market analysis and marketing strategies, the project's initial planning, project financial evaluation of its three aspects of the project preliminary evaluation, demonstration and test its feasibility. In the analysis of the feasibility of the project, mainly focused on the item market analysis and financial evaluation of two parts.First, in the background of the project, as well as the basic situation of the project were presented, and put forward in this paper on the content and methods of the study.In this paper, the domestic real estate market analysis, and the adjacent city of Changchun real estate market analysis (analysis of the real estate market in Harbin and Shenyang real estate market analysis), on the basis of Changchun real estate market analysis and forecasts (including stock analysis , incremental analysis, sales analysis and the Changchun contrast SAR).
