It is just the creative industry that can provide intellectual and artistic products .Creative industry is the new tendency of metropolis industries development .It unions the economy, culture, technology and art, becomes the common junction of secondary industry and tertiary industry development and embodies the convergences of historical contextual and modern culture, knowledge and wisdom. It plays an important role in promoting the development of nation economy as well as society.Recently, the development of creative industry like a raging fire.
