Training is a company behavior by which the company trains the employees according to the requirements of specific person in the company or that for a specific period of work by means of written instruction along with other kind of communications. Through the training, the company improves the employees'knowledge, skills, and conception and enhances their comprehensive capability in order to influence their behavior upgrading corporate competitive edge, facilitating the health and rapid development of the work group. In this paper, we made a investigation on the basic conditions of training by the ND Ltd and designed a training scheme in line with the company's development strategy and goal, and in this scheme we established a d training system and relevant systems in terms of development, evaluation and incentives. Based on the demand for training teachers we also established a system for the selection of trainers in the company. The training methods provided in this paper are operative, which also give us a new perspective in respect of training workers, therefore it is valuable in training the needed people within the company. Specific process of training is shown as follows:In the introduction, at first, the study theme is raised and illustrating the theoretical significance of the training and the actual significance of establishing a training system for the ND Company. Through training in the enterprise, with the company development, some one can assume responsibility when it be needed by the company and there are some programs that can be complied, continue to ensure that development will be available at the same time, so that the enterprise development goal must be combined with the growth of staff. Through training, making the relationship between the lower level and the high strengthen, mastering the progress of work, achieving mutual understanding and support, common constantly improving our work performance, making the company better strategic objectives achievement. The purpose can be achieved updating the knowledge, skills and ideas of the staff through training, improving the overall quality of the staff, in order to influence their behavior, improve the competitiveness of enterprises and promote team faster and more healthy development. The enterprise values need constantly instill to employees, training standards of behavior cooperation, so that employees can work conscientiously in accordance with established practice and a good and harmonious working atmosphere come forth, enhancing employee's satisfaction and achievement, establishing the learning organizations, and establishing the foundation for ensuring that the business can be effective conducted. Recent years, people are talking about the challenges of a knowledge-based economy. In point of fact, the most crux of the problem is the quality of the people in the knowledge-based economy, that is, the formation, use and development of human resources. Ultimately, business training is a win-win investment, on the one hand, the work awareness, enthusiasm and creativity of staff will be continuously improved, the output value of enterprises will be increasing, so that enterprises can reap more benefits. On the other hand, enhancing the overall quality of staff, it is a lifelong wealth to preserve and increase access. Designed training system for the ND Company, the overall quality of employees can be improved, arouse their awareness and the main consciousness, making "wanted me to do" transformed to "I do", for the highest management level of the self-management to provide a solid foundation. Training courses will meet the high levels of staff spiritual and cultural needs, thereby stimulating employee motivation and enthusiasm.In the first chapter, the current development situation of ND Company is introduced, through the SWOT analysis, the company's strengths, weaknesses, as well as the threats and opportunities were analyzed enterprises are facing. By the analysis of company organizational structure and the status of human resources, first of all, that the ND Company did not establish a mechanism for training. Based on the actual in-depth investigation and scientific analysis, there are the following issues exist. At First, without in-depth training empty, no specific characteristics, the second, the organizational structure of enterprises in the current lack of training institutions, training is not planned, resulting in training can not achieve the desired results. The third, there is no long-term vision training the company, and one-sided solution to the existing problems. Finally, the company has specified that such a phenomenon exists, is due to the outdated concept of management, leadership makes not only focus on technology-oriented quality of management, the security measures is not established that guarantee training work to the effectiveness.In the second chapter we made analysis on the corporate needs for training. From both the perspectives of organization and individual, we analyzed the objectives and phases for the training needs, pointing out that we need to take into considerations not only the corporate needs but also the employees'individual needs; not only we should train the new recruits but also the veteran; we should not only focus on the short-term interests of the organization, moreover we need to look into future from a long-term perspective. In this paper, we try to compromise the various investigation methods for training needs with the real conditions of ND Co. ltd and detailed the specific training methods for this company. After that we pointed out for the ND Co. ltd how to set its training aims and how to establish the training plan in accordance with its characteristic as well as how to set up the training lecturer system.In the third chapter, we discussed in an all round way the core contents about how to design the training system for the NDCo. ltd. From the very beginning, we first discussed three kind of simulative methods, namely the role playing method, the playing training method and the simulation training method, three theoretical methods and technologies: case analyzing, brainstorming and discussion, and two practical methods: working changing and reviewing. With these methods mentioned above, we designed the training curriculum for the company and further discussed how to make it reality the training of the employees by means of modern technologies.In the forth chapter, we introduced relevant knowledge concerning managements of training operation in detail, and by combining these knowledge to the real conditions of the ND Co. ltd we further established methods for specific training project in terms of organization and management. We took series of measures, like organizing training team, convening meetings for mobilizing training program, preparation for facilitating training, communication coordination, scene emergent repair and training on logistic arrangements to ensure the training can be carried out smoothly. Apart from the measures mentioned above, we also set up related evaluation system as a forceful guarantee for corporate training. In the concluding part, the observation method is used to studying the Golden Valley corporate training status. Through surveying the actual training situation of the ND Company, a series of problems were found. To solve these problems, from the overall objectives of the company and analyzing the ND Company's training needs, a training system was designed. Some problems were discussed how to identify training goals, determine contents and methods of training, design of the corresponding training courses and a complete staff training plan.In short, in order to make ND company better survival and development in the fierce competition of the market, the author designed a gold-suited to the actual conditions of training system for the ND Company. Finally, in order to make this training system to smooth implementation, it was brought forward that the training system should be how to manage, how to operate, as well as the noticed matters.
