Study On Establishing The Knowledge Innovation Terrace In JiLin Hi-Tech Industry Development Zone

Firstly,this thesis works on theoreticol foundation of Hi-Tech industy zone knowledge innovation terrace, namely,industry cluster theory, cluster innovation theory, knowledge innovation theory and knowledge innovation terrace theory. Secondly, from the realistic angle, the thesis analyzes the current situation and effecting factors of knowledge innovation in JiLin Hi-Tech industy zone, and proposes to construct knowledge innovation terrace , based on theory combining with practice.It is of great necessity to construct knowledge innovation terrace in JiLin Hi-Tech industy zone,for it is still at the developing stage, market does not work and inherent national conditions exists in our country.This thesis amply explains the constructing of sub-terrace,the operating mechanism and supporting system of the terrace,under the analysis of its contept,innovation subjects,rules,structure and function. Efficient and clear–aimed knowledge innovation can be practised,the integral level and competitiveness of knowledge innovation can be promoted,the development of the regional economy and Hi-Tech industy can be promoted, through constructing of knowledge innovation terrace in JiLin Hi-Tech industy zone.This thesis synthetically adopts many methods,such as theoretical research combining with positive research, comparative analytic approach,interviewing,enumerating,etc in the course of studing.This thesis employes data comparating approach and maths model to explain opinions and views,and provides the operating ideas of constructing knowledge innovation terrace in Hi-Tech industy zone,based on the theory of industry cluster.
