Study On The Regional Innovation Of National High-tech Zone Based On The Knowledge Flowing Of Enterprises

The era of knowledge economy and knowledge capital have become the strategic resources to regional economic development. Knowledge flows, collides and integrates in the region, leading to the proliferation of the capital, production skills and management experience, as well as the outcome of the commercialism and industrialization of the innovation. It is very important to mitigate the scarcity of productive agent and innovative resources, and promote the regional innovation and regional economic development. In particular, the flowing and sharing of knowledge capital inside the China's high-tech zones, which play the leading role in the regional economic development, play an important role on the economic growth of the region and even the country. From the perspective of knowledge flowing, this paper systemic expatiates on the knowledge flowing mechanisms, effect, and innovational correlative mechanisms of the regional innovation network. Then, basing on the predomination role of the network and the social capital in collective learning and clustered innovation, it integrated surveys the structure dimension and relational dimension. Besides that, it applies dynamic network analysis method to treats of the structural evolution and the change of the innovational capability and performance, and furthermore, reconstructs an index system of the network organizational enterprise's innovation capability in the national high-tech zone. Finally, through analysis restrict of the national high-tech zone's development, it proposes the developing strategy of the structural optimize and the promotion of the innovational capability and performance in the national high-tech zone of our country.The thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter expounds the background and significance of the study, as well as the study that the correlative mechanism among the knowledge flow, regional innovation and economic development been done home and abroad. The second chapter elaborates on the theory about regional innovation system, network organization and the knowledge flowing. On this foundation, it defines the related notion about the article. The second chapter analyzes the knowledge flowing mechanism and effect of the network organization in the high-tech zone. On the basis of above, this paper treats the structural evolution and the change of the innovational capability and performance. Furthermore, it expounds the action mechanism of technological intermediaries and the necessity of cooperation among the Production, Teaching and Academic Research in the national high-tech zone. In addition, it reconstructs an index system of the network organizational enterprise's innovation capability in the national high-tech zone.The fifth chapter expounds the developing process and restricts of the national high-tech zone in our country. Then it proposes the developing strategy of the national high-tech zone in our country basing on the analysis above.Finally, the thesis poses looking into the future to further study on the basis of the conclusion.
