Research On The Relationship Of Entrepreneurship Environment And Venture Performance

The economical development and the undertaking upsurge's starting have initiated the theorists to attach importance to the entrepreneurship research value. In the 20th century, the international theorists mainly take the Western country, particularly Europe and America as the object of study. But few researches aim at the eastern country. The researches mainly concentrate on the influence of the entrepreneur's spirit to the entrepreneurship and so on. Theorists also do many researches on the entrepreneurship environment as well as the venture performance. But researches on the relationship between the entrepreneurship environment and the venture performance are quite few and deficient empirical study. The beforehand researches, involving the entrepreneurship environment and the venture performance, have already sufficiently explained their correlativity. The relation research on the relationship between the entrepreneurship environment and the venture performance arises as the theory boundary and reality are all concerned about the entrepreneurship environment and the entrepreneurship. This article has studied the relations between the entrepreneurship environment and the venture performance based on Changchun area enterprise as the example.Part I of the article introduces the selected topic background and significance and main content arrangement; let reader have the rough acquaintance to the article structure.The second part introduces the related theories about the entrepreneurship environment. On one hand it systematic studies the various definitions having studied by the scholar at home and abroad for many years. And bring forward the definition ultimately. This article defines the entrepreneurship as the process that the economical subjects using the external environment change seek chance and use exterior resources tocreate value. On the other hand, the article has also carried on the full summary of the entrepreneurship environment's concept, the attribute, the intrinsic mechanism and the dimension. And it also elaborates the entrepreneurship environment theory which paid attention to and proposed this article's choice and application of the entrepreneurship environment dimension choice and the application.The third part has studied the entrepreneurship environment both in domestic and abroad, elaborates specifically our country's entrepreneurship environment and the American entrepreneurship environment (including market environment, financial environment, system environment, policy environment, cultural environment, education environment and knowledge environment and so on), based on this carries on the comparison our countrie's entrepreneurship environment and those of developed countries, taking our country and the US as representatives, obtains the conclusion that the entrepreneurship environment should further strengthen and gives suggestions to instruct our country undertaking environment construction.The fourth part mainly elaborated about the main theory on venture performance. On the one hand it introduces four kind of theory of the venture performance, namely the community ecology theory, the cognition t theory, the resources theory with the strategic adaptation theory, explains their respective merit and the applicable scope, determines angle of view regarding the venture performance research. On the other hand it carries on the summary to the existing venture performance evaluating indicator system. Mentions the indicator system, we could first think about the financial norm. The article carries on the detailed explanation regarding the venture performance appraisal financial norm and the non-financial norm, and introduces the subjective achievements target and the objective achievements target; the e-dimensional target and the multi-dimensional target, the absolute index and the relative index as well as the company grew the target according to the different classified standard. Based on this and compound with enterprise's characteristic, the article selects four targets as the target.The fifth part explains the influence of the selected five-dimension entrepreneurship environment, including the execution environment, the resources acquired character environment, the environment of competition, the business environment and the humanities environment, to the entrepreneurship activity. Based on this proposed the research model and the theory supposition. The sixth part carries on the confirmation. Taking the survey result of 137 enterprise in Changchun area as the sample, carries on the analysis to the data using the spss13.0 software (including factorial analysis, letter analysis, relevant analysis), has confirmed the influence the environmental factors ,such as government policy and execution, resources acquired character, environment of competition, business environment and humanities , have on entrepreneurship achievements ( including the entrepreneurship goal realizing, the company future development, individual ability performance, the company attraction to the staff and so on). And analysis the confirmation result ultimate.The seventh part is also the ending part. In this part proposes the conclusion of this paper, shows the limitation and the possible question that need improve.
