Research On The Relationship Between Female Entrepreneurial Environment Support And Entrepreneurship Performance

Since the 21 st century,with the further deepening of economic globalization,the continuous development of the new economy and the continuous improvement of the quality of female entrepreneurs,the female entrepreneurial activities have flourished in the world.In this context,China's female entrepreneurship has also achieved considerable development.China's women's entrepreneurial activity index is 14.18,ranking 21 st globally,according to Global Entrepreneurship Watch 2016,which is more active than male entrepreneurs(No.22,ranked 16.83).The rapid development of female entrepreneurship can not be separated from the support of various levels.Therefore,the research on female entrepreneurship support becomes entrepreneurship.A hot spot of research.At present,our country has the condition of rapid development and success of female entrepreneurship.Xi stressed again the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship in19 th CPC National Congress of the Party.He stressed that innovation is the first driving force of development and actively encouraged entrepreneurship to promote employment.On this basis,the state and government departments at all levels have issued and implemented a series of entrepreneurial policies in favor of innovators and entrepreneurs,especially women entrepreneurs,which provides a good policy environment for female entrepreneurs.Female entrepreneurs are a special social group and need more support than male entrepreneurs.This paper divides female entrepreneurship support into four levels.That is,support at the national level(five factors),support at the government level(eight factors),support at the social level(twelve factors)and support at the family level(six factors),and support at the national level focuses on policy development.Support at the governmental level focuses on policy implementation,support at the social level focuses on the provision of resources,and support at the family level focuses on emotional support,thus constituting a comprehensive support system to support women's entrepreneurship.There is also a need to focus on improving the entrepreneurial ability of women entrepreneurs sothat they do not To improve the success rate of female entrepreneurs.In this paper,200 entrepreneurial women from two districts and three counties in Dongying City,Shandong Province,are selected as the research object,which combines the domestic and foreign entrepreneurial environment theory,the supporting theory,the entrepreneurial performance theory and the entrepreneurial ability theory.Questionnaire survey was conducted to collect data,and SPSS21.0 was used to process the collected data.On this basis,this paper studies the relationship between female entrepreneurial environment support and entrepreneurial performance,the relationship between female entrepreneurial environment support and entrepreneurial ability,the relationship between female entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial performance,and the support for female entrepreneurial environment.The relationship between entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial performance has been carried out to a certain extent.To explore.The empirical results show that there is a positive correlation between female entrepreneurial environment support and entrepreneurial performance,among which family support has the most significant impact on female entrepreneurial performance.There is a positive correlation between female entrepreneurial environment support and entrepreneurial ability,the most obvious enhancement of entrepreneurial ability is social support,and there is a positive correlation between female entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial performance.The influence of opportunity recognition ability on entrepreneurial performance is more significant than that of operational management ability;female entrepreneurial ability plays a part of intermediary role in the relationship between female entrepreneurial environment support and entrepreneurial performance.According to the results of empirical research,this paper starts from the country,government and society.And family four angles to improve the entrepreneurial performance of women entrepreneurs countermeasures and suggestions.
