An Empirical Study On The Relationship Between Female Entrepreneurial Competence And Entrepreneurial Performance

Since the 1970 s,female entrepreneurship in the world to show the rapid development of change,with the pace of economic globalization and the development of new normal economy,China's female entrepreneurial phenomenon is becoming more prevalent,women's entrepreneurial activities flourish,Female entrepreneurship plays an important role in relieving the employment pressure of our country and the steady development of economy,according to the 2016/2017 China Report of GEM(Global Entrepreneurship Monitor,World Entrepreneurship Observation Project),Women entrepreneurial activity in China is about 70% of men's and female entrepreneurial groups are expanding,but women entrepreneurs tend to have low survival rates and low performance.The entrepreneurial competence of female entrepreneur is the key factor that influences its ability to obtain excellent entrepreneurial performance,so it has been paid more and more attention by scholars,and has become an important frontier subject of entrepreneurship research.From the perspective of female entrepreneurs,this paper by reviewing and combing the literature of the theories of female entrepreneurship at home and abroad,this paper puts forward five dimensions of female entrepreneurial competence(competence,Opportunity competence,learning competence,relationship competency and management competency).And the two dimensions of women's entrepreneurial performance(Enterprise performance,self-realization),and the theoretical framework of the relationship between female entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial performance was constructed.On the basis of referring to relative mature related scale of foreign countries,this paper combines the unique design questionnaire of domestic female entrepreneurship.In recent years,Dongying women in Shandong Province in the "mass entrepreneurship,people innovation," the national strategic background,keep up with the trend of the times,the rapid development of female entrepreneurial activities,Dongying was selected as the National Women's Federation Female Entrepreneurship Excellence Model base,the study in Dongying and Dongying Women Entrepreneurs Association,assisted by Through questionnaire survey and case interview with more than 260 femaleentrepreneurs in 5 counties of Dongying,using SPSS21 statistic software to analyze the data collected by confirmatory factor analysis,variance analysis and regression analysis,this paper probes into the relationship between female entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial performance through empirical analysis,The relationship between female entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial performance is established,and the moderating effect of female entrepreneurial environment on the relationship between female entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial performance is validated,and the results show that:The five dimensions of female entrepreneurial competence are significantly correlated with entrepreneurial performance,and the degree of the female entrepreneurial competence has different influence on the entrepreneurial performance,the opportunity competency has the most significant impact on the entrepreneurial performance,its weight is the highest,the second is management competence and learning competency,quality competence and relationship competency,overall,All the dimensions of female entrepreneurial competence are positive to the impact of entrepreneurial performance,it can be concluded that the overall female entrepreneurial competence will inevitably lead to the improvement of entrepreneurial performance.The entrepreneurial environment plays a moderating role in the relationship between female entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial performance,and the policy environment and social environment play different roles in the relationship between female entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial performance.Finally,according to the research conclusion,this paper puts forward the feasible suggestion to improve the female entrepreneurial performance.The female entrepreneur needs to develop the opportunity competence and management competence according to their own situation,strengthen the overall entrepreneurial competence to enhance the entrepreneurial performance,improve the female entrepreneurial environment,the Government should strengthen the support of female entrepreneurship,the community should encourage women to start a business,do a good job promotion and training for women,Promote the female entrepreneurial activities smoothly,improve the entrepreneurial performance of female start-up enterprises.
