The Research On The Automobile Parts Procurement Supply Chain

International automobile company and their suppliers have arrived at China with the open of the automobile market. It has also brought the international competition and challenges to the market. As one of pillar industries in national economy, the national automotive industry starts to become internationalization and globalization. Accompanied by the intensified market competition and increased rate of market demand change, the demands to decrease the cost, enhance the flexibility and accelerate the response speed to the market have become more and more urgent. It has great needs to decrease the cost, raise the efficiency of the procurementThis dissertation focuses on the automobile parts procurement supply chain. Firstly it researches on the concepts and connotations of the procurement supply chain and its management, distinguishes the procurement supply chain (P-SC) mode from the traditional procurement and highlights its features and advantages. Then, the thesis analyzes the domestic and international situations of the automotive industry. It mainly includes the researches on the overall situation of the automotive industry, the state of the automotive parts industry and the relationship between the automobile company and its parts suppliers. These researches make clear the industrial background of the parts procurement supply china and the industrial requirements to it.On this basis, the paper pays more attention to the automobile companies' procurement supply chain management (P-SCM) of the productive parts. It researches on establishing the P-SCM system and its management content, especially the classified parts procurement management, ways to evaluate, choose and manage the parts suppliers, and the parts' factory-entry logistics. In these parts, it proposes some tangible methods, establishes some index system and used some qualitative-quantitative methods to support the management. Finally, there are some suggestions be proposed for the P-SM system's optimization.According to the research on the P-SC and P-SCM and the state of the domestic and international automotive industry, the dissertation puts emphasis on the research of the automobile companies' P-SCM of the productive parts. The research results have important value to the theory and the practice.
