Research On Procurement Models Of A Company’s Auto Parts Bascd On Supply Chain

In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s auto market,the demand for car is rising,and because the world economy are more integrated, more and more foreign auto companies enter the Chinese market. This has a great impact on our local car manufacturers. As one of our local private car company in my country, in order to seek development in a competitive environment, Company A need to modernize enterprise management ideas and methods to reduce its costs. In the automobile manufacturing enterprise,60% to 70% of product cost is caused by the procurement. So the study on procurement management for Company A is very important.After investigation and research, the purchasing management problems of Company A are that the co-exist overstock and out of stocks, the no-timely information transmission and un-rational supplier selection method. The main reason for these unreasonable problems is that Company A lack the in-depth understanding for the supply chain management,thus the parts procurement model are not proper. In order to solve the above problems, the paper consists of two stages that are the parts classification and determination the procurement model under the supply chain environment.Firstly, according to the actual situation of the procurement management, we classify parts to take the different procure methods. At first, we use the factor analysis method to calculate the parts score according to the importance of production and operation; Then, according to the score and ABC classification method, we divided the parts into three categories:A, B, and C;Finally, We analyzed the result of the traditional classification ABC and optimized classification ABC based on factor analysis method.Secondly, some of procurement models ask for a relatively high degree of match can be achieved, which must be in supply chain environment. Country A adjusts its procurement management model to effectively reduce and control the procurement costs for Class A and Class C parts. What’s more, in the supply chain, procurement and suppliers have the best co-ordination and operation. Consequently, firstly, putting forward several suggestions to enhance management suppliers of Company A. After to determine to establish a stable supply chain with suppliers, then respectively to determine Class A, Class B and Class C parts procurement and supply models, which are Synchronous parts supply and procurement model,board parts supply and procurement model and bulk parts supply and procurement models.
