Analysis Of Optimization About Regional Structure In General Land Use Planning Index Of County Land

Land is one of the most important resources in human society,and it is a basis on human survival and development.How to make limited land resources for maximum effect is an important problem.So all over the world governments attach great importance to land use planning in order to resolve human existence and development.As the population increasing,people's living standard continuously improving and the changes of life style,the contradiction between land resources and the development is sharp increasingly.So we need a scientific and rational land use planning to promote the rational utilization of land resources,the harmonious development between the urban and rural area and the socio-economic development.The land use planning in past several years made the great achievements,however,the planning lack the study about land use space allocation,the planning objectives and the actual land use exsit spatial disorder so as to frequent adjustment of the planning.Therefore,at the beginning of the new land use planning,the paper introduce a new technique to explore the distribution of land use planning index in spatial area.It is important to the new land use planning.In this paper,exampling Xiushan County,Chongqing city as the study area.At first,summarizing the theories of land use planning and analyzing the physical geography,socio-economic and land use condition in the study area,then determining the driving factors during land use changes,and building indexes for allocation of spacial simulation,and finally computing land use spatial allocation through CLUE-S model, and exporting the map of land-use planning and verifying the results.The paper's contents as follows:PartⅠis an Introduction.It introduce the major topics,the background of the paper,the purpose and significance of research,and the main ideas and the framework.PartⅡfocuses on the nature of land use planning,content and objectives,and some problems of the current land use planning,as well as the land use planning theories and spacial allocation techniques of planning index. PartⅢare the natural geographic environment,socio-economic codition and land-use situation in the study area.PartⅣis simulation and analysis on spatial pattern of land-use in Xiushan County.Including the theoretical foundation or the model,the driving forces of land use change and collecting and disposing land-use data to check out the accuracy of such regression models.PartⅤuse the CLUE-S model of Wageningen University in Netherland to achieve a simulation of spatial structure about planning index.The main steps are as follows,the model parameter setting,space simulation,validation and analysis on simulation results.PartⅥsummarizes the main conclusions of the paper,the existing problems and futural prospects.
