Dynamic Monitoring Of The Land-use Changes In Lianyungang Development Zone

We did the application research of the dynamic monitoring of remote sensing of the land-use changes in Lianyungang Economic and Technological Development Zone in the 2005-2006 . This article selected two-phase SPOT5 satellite remote sensing image respectively in Aug-Dec 2005 and Aug-Dec 2006. The paper studies and summarizes the technique method and working flow on the remote sensing dynamic monitoring based on GIS systemically with the help of remote sensing image processing software ERDAS IMAGINE and GIS software MAPGIS.The major work of this article including three factors:First, after the Geometric correct, image fusion and image classification of the obtained remote sensing images ,were used the classification Comparative Law and a direct comparison of the spectrum to extract the change information of land-use during 2005-2006 in Lianyungang Economic and Technological Development Zone ,then confirmed the change information of land-use by the superposition of the two. By analyzing the extracted land-use change figure SPOT5 information, we got the results of land-use change monitoring in Lianyungang Economic and Technological Development Zone during 2005-2006.Second, in accordance with the overall design programme of the dynamic monitoring of land use remote sensing ,we obtained the information of land-use change in the region with the help of GIS software MAPGIS, evaluated the accuracy of the finally obtained changing information ,produced an image of dynamic monitoring of land use remote sensing information and various maps related to it, and detailed analyzed the land-use change and the specific circumstances of the corresponding types of land-use change and land-use change the driving force of the Lianyungang Economic and Technological Development Zone.Third, from the analysis of the changed results, we can see that during 2005-2006, the main types of land-use change are cultivated land, residential land, industrial sites, storage sites, transportation of construction land and unused land, which appears in the form of significantly decreased farmland and the land for traffic construction, as well as the substantial increase in residential land, industrial sites and storage sites.Further analysis showed that during 2005-2006, the land-use in Lianyungang Economic and Technological Development Zone is in developing period.
