Research On The Impact Of Highway Traffic On The Economic Development Of Shandong Province

In today's society,transportation is the link to maintain the lifeline of the whole national economy,various departments through transportation to complete the conversion between products and services,highway transportation as the most important part of the transportation system,with its strong capacity,fast operating speed,flexible operating mode affect the development of national economy.Shandong province has been an important development province in politics,economy and culture since ancient times.in 2009,with the development of yellow river delta high efficiency ecological economic zone development plan and Shandong peninsula blue economic zone development planning,the yellow river delta economic zone and Shandong peninsula blue economic zone rise to national strategy,and the economic development of Shandong province has attracted great attention.In the " twelfth five-year plan ",Shandong highway system has established a standard system for highway transportation,standardized management behavior,management process optimization and advanced management system,which requires Shandong province to transform the original development mode,optimize the original traffic network,upgrade the original traffic to meet the needs of rapid economic development.Today,we are in the " 13 th five-year plan" period,transportation as the leading factor of economic development,how to develop highway traffic can better adapt to economic development,make the resource efficiency to maximize the allocation,which should become a widespread concern of the government and society.Based on the summary of the research status of traffic and economic development at home and abroad,this paper analyzes several disciplines from econometrics,regional economics and geography economics,and explores the relationship between road traffic and regional economic development.The index of regional economic development is sorted by principal component analysis,and the most representative index data is selected for quantitative analysis.Establish Cobb-Douglas production function,take capital,labor and road traffic as independent variables,GDP per capita as dependent variable,establish multiple regression model,and get the influence of highway traffic on economic development of Shandong province through parameter estimation.This paper makes an empirical study on the coordinated development of highway traffic and regional economic development in Shandong province in recent ten years,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures on the basis of evaluation,to rationally allocate traffic investment and to strengthen the traffic construction of backward area;Combining with thecharacteristics of industry,reasonable and effective allocation of traffic resources;Improve the rural level highway traffic,promote the construction of urban and rural integration;Correct link transportation network,coordinated economic sustainable development.The author hopes that this advice can play a reference role in the traffic and economic development of Shandong province.
