Study On Assessment Of Bid Invitation And Biding Evaluation For Railway Construction Project

In this article, it puts forward pre-audit qualification of the bid invitation and bidding, quantification management thought of evaluation of bids for construction project. Secondly, it builds a set of index system based on the content and influential factors of assessment of bid invitation and biding evaluation. It defines the qualification standard of quantification. Thirdly, it adopts analytic hierarch process(AHP) model and some othe models to evaluate the synthesis position of strength of contractors. At last, it it makes case analysis for a construction project and uses analytic hierarch process assessment model to evaluate, the result is well. This method that adopts AHP significantly reduce subjectivity to evaluate bids is easy and scientific. It could and strengthen impartiality in the course of evaluation of bids. In this way, it will ensure better effect of bid system.
