Research On The Regional Disparity About The Quality Of The Economic Growth In China

Economic growth is an eternal topic. Being a developing country, China experienced in taking economic construction as the center (actually central to economic growth) and the brilliant predicament, which is now in perfecting the socialist market economic system, and building a socialist harmonious society comprehensive restructuring key period. Along with the sustainable development strategy and the concept of scientific development proposed, the quality of economic growth, it is particularly important research topic. At the same time, China is a significant difference in a large country and realize the coordinated development of regional economies improve the quality of economic growth as an important demand and the central government and regional governments at all levels in carrying out economic reforms a major task.In this paper, starting from the practical needs of China's economic growth in recent years regional differences in the quality of evaluation analysis, China's regional improving the quality of economic growth and provide a theoretical basis and policy recommendations.First, based on the results of research at home and abroad, this paper defines the content of the quality of economic growth, and summed up the theories about regional economic disparities research. Secondly, based on the original data collection and analysis, the article has selected 23 indicators from 9 dimensions to constitute the evaluation system. Thirdly, the article takes our country 30 provincial level administrative areas as the Sample unit, with the aid of SPSS13.0 for the Windows statistical analysis software, using the factorial analysis and the cluster analysis method, carried on the quality synthetic evaluation and the classified research to the recent years our country various areas' economic growth quality, mainly drew the following conclusion: China's economic is imbalance in the quality of growth, the region difference is obvious. thereinto, about one-third of the provinces' "comprehensive strength of economic and social " is weak; nearly half of the provinces in the process of economic growth can not satisfy the requirement of "coordinated and sustainable development"; nearly one-third of the provinces' "total demand for energy" is not enough in the process of economic growth. About one-third of the provinces' "comprehensive stability" is not strong in the process of economic growth. The overall space level characteristic performance is: The eastern area economic growth quality is high, the mid-west area economic growth quality is low; In eastern area economic growth process 'polarization effect' and 'brook drop effect' is coexisting, 'spot-line-surface' growth characteristic is extremely obvious; In the mid-west area, the contradiction between 'the economic growth' and 'coordinated, the sustainable development' is prominent, the dual economic structure is obvious. Finally, based on the research results above, the article analyzes the reasons of the difference's formation from aspects of inside and outside. Then, the paper proposes the countermeasure suggestion to improve the quality of regional economic growth, aimed at the insufficiency which existed in the quality of economic growth in each regional.
