ATX's Main Problems In Quality Management System And Its Counterplan

Based on a great deal of investigation and evidence, author draft and completes this thesis according to the personal post experience of quality management at the ATX Company. The text is totally divided into 5, with the ATX company quality management system for research object, the aim is find out the existent problem in ATX quality management system, analyze the reason of these problems, and provide a kind of improvement way that can used for guiding fulfillment. The article was in the middle to relate source and thesis route of research background, problem of that sis first in chapter 1 "preface". Chapter 2 introduced the concept of the quality management system of the 2000 version ISO9001, eight greatest principles, process model and system document structure. Chapter 3 introduces the general situation of ATX quality management system and a few concrete existent problems commence from the fulfillment of quality management system, and then analyze the reasons respectively from the personnel, serve, the environment, product and mechanism. The fourth regulations conceives towards setting up a new ATX quality management system to put forward totally first, close behind concrete as to it's training system, staffing mechanism, continuously improving, business process, standardizing work and grow excellent enterprise quality cultural etc. The last chapter made the treatise of summary to the full text.
