| Based on the research on features and the basis of competitiveness forming of the high-tech industrial development zones (hereinafter referred to "high-tech zones"), according to the ideas and trends of development, the paper established the competitiveness evaluation system, and studied Songshan Lake Park. The full text is divided into six chapters:In Chapter I , the writer explained the relevant concepts, described the development history of worldwide high-tech zones and summed up the deficiencies in current study on high-tech zones. In Chapter II, the writer main analyzed the characteristics of the high-tech zones. first summarized and analyzed the forming type, management system in the development of high-tech zones, then studied the function positioning using Growth Pole Theory, Regional Innovation Theory, Industrial Clusters Theory. In Chapter III, the writer main studied the basis of competitiveness forming , first analyzed the five development conditions of high-tech zones, then studied the strategic planning, including the goal of positioning , the planning and implementation of high-tech zones, at last, described the current development trends of high-tech zones. In Chapter IV, the writer first analyzed and categorized the evaluation system of high-tech zones, then designed the competitiveness evaluation system that the paper used. In order to complete the evaluation, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) , Effective Function were used. In Chapter V, the writer analyzed the Songshan Lake Zone with the former theory analysis, and evaluated it with the evaluation system, it proved that this evaluation system had been useful. The Chapter VI summed up the research results and pointed out the inadequacy of the paper as well as further study. |
