The Competitiveness Of Yanji High-tech Industrial Development Zone From The Perspective If Enterprise Cluters

With the rapid advancement of economic globalization,the successful model represented by the high-tech park in Silicon Valley of the United States has great implications for the development of China's high-tech industrial development zones.Local governments at all levels try to establish industrial agglomeration through various preferential policies to build a competitive advantage in the regional economy.At present,the development of enterprise clusters in China is quite different,while high-tech enterprise clusters in the eastern and coastal areas have developed well.The development of high-tech enterprise clusters in the western and frontier regions is poor.Therefore,based on the perspective of enterprise clusters,comprehensive evaluation of competitiveness in high-tech zones,identifying important factors to enhance competitiveness,and formulating corresponding development strategies are the practical needs for the future development of high-tech zones.This paper takes Yanji High-tech Industrial Development Zone as the research object,takes competitiveness theory,enterprise cluster theory and innovation theory as the theory basis of the competitiveness of high-tech zones.The paper analyzes the competitiveness evaluation of Yanji High-tech Zone.First,according to the design principles of the evaluation index system,combining the characteristics of the development of high-tech zones,after summarizing and summarizing the research results of the predecessors,this paper designs a high-tech zone competitiveness evaluation index system from the perspective of enterprise clusters.After comparing several commonly used competitive evaluation methods,the entropy objective weighting method is finally selected as the analysis method of this paper.Secondly,among the national high-tech zone,a high-tech zone in the border minority areas with similar location conditions in Yanji High-tech Zone is selected as a sample for comparative analysis,.Then this paper calculates the weight of the secondary and primary indicators and the comprehensive ranking of the competitiveness of each high-tech zone.According to the calculated index weight,the trend of competitiveness of Yanji High-tech Zone in the past five years is analyzed.High-tech zones are developed on the basis of local resources,environment,policies and other factors.In order to further examine the competitiveness of Yanji High-tech Zone from the perspective of enterprise clusters,and it is more realistic to compare with other development zones in the same region.Through the screening of the indicator system,the competitiveness evaluation system suitable for Yanbian area is determined,and the competitiveness score and ranking are obtained.According to the calculation results,Yanji High-tech Zone ranks first in competitiveness in the region.However,it is not optimistic in comparison with other high-tech zones in ethnic minority areas in the border areas.At the same time,the competitiveness of the high-tech zone in the past five years has generally shown a downward trend There are some restrictive factors in the development of Yanji High-tech Zone,such as weak industrial base,not obvious cluster effect,insufficient investment in innovation,imperfect supporting industries,and so on.In order to accurately position in the future development,to realize the high quality development of the regional economy,Based on the factors affecting competitiveness in the index system,specific suggestions are put forward to enhance the competitiveness of Yanji High-tech Zone.
