Studies On Rural Logistics System And Its Development In China

Agriculture is the basic industry of the national economy, and agriculture is a so important industry especially for China. Therefore, the healthy development of agriculture and rural economy affects overall situation of national economy. Chinese agriculture is facing new opportunities and challenges, On the one hand, the era of agricultural products shortage has ended, the development focus shifted from the production are as to the circulation areas. On the other hand, after accessing to the WTO, Chinese agriculture is facing the challenges of domestic agricultural markets open further, it was more difficult to increase the peasant's income. Therefore, reducing the circulation costs and improving the value-added, developing the modem agricultural products logistics, this is the key of increasing the peasants income and agricultural modernization.It is an important mean to optimize the rural economy structure, and boost the rural economy developing, as well as be an important aspect in new socialist countryside construction to develop logistics industry. Studying rural logistics systems in China and its counter-measures to logistics industry development in new socialist Countryside is out of delaying.The structure designing of the rural logistics system is the crucial element for the rural logistics construction. The structure system of rural logistics is made up of four sections; they are the national frame, the regional frame, the trade frame and company frame. Except for the national frame, the others may still be divided further. The establishment of the rural logistics system in the China should be done according to the specific functions of the different sections.This paper introduces contemporary logistics into the management system of our rural agricultural products and proposes establish our rural logistics depend upon current rural logistics situation in China. According to the fact of our country and combining some success experience of overseas countries logistics, it related the feasibility and the need to establish our rural logistics in WTO, agricultural structure, the rural service and cost check, etc.
