In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s manufacturing enterprises,the high cost of logistics is always a major obstacle to the development of enterprises,and the backward logistics system has been exposed. As a support force of thelogistics industry, the demand for logistics of manufacturing enterprises tend to bespecialized and sophisticated, and logistics penetrate the process of procurement,production and sales for manufacturing enterprises. Logistics of China’smanufacturing enterprises has some development, but the development ofmanufacturing enterprises’ logistics information is relatively slow, hindered thedevelopment of manufacturing logistics. The arising problem is how to use sometechniques and methods to assess the level of performance of the logistics informationby the relevant information, provide the decision-making for enterprise managers, topromote the development of logistics information. Evaluation of logisticsperformance has been studied by many scholars, but the studies have focused on thetheoretical analysis for performance evaluation of logistics information. Therefore,this paper starting from the point of view of performance evaluation, study onmanufacturing logistics information.This paper summarized and analyzed the research status of logistics informationin the domestic and international, analyzed the concept of logistics information andperformance evaluation, according to the principles of performance evaluation indexsystem of logistics information and learn from the Balanced Scorecard, combinedwith manufacturing logistics characteristics, selected financial and non-financialindicators, non-financial indicators including four indicator-s:customer service,internal business processes, production, learning and growth, established a new set oflogistics performance evaluation index system; compared and analysed severalcommon evaluation method, using structural equation modeling, with SPSS17.0andAMOS7.0analyzed data and test the evaluation model, and finally validatedevaluation model applied to the enterprise specific evaluation; Finally, somecountermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve the performance of manufacturing logistics information.
