Logistics cost is second only to manufacturing cost and the sales cost, and this cost is directly related to the logistics and transport planning, it is an indisputable fact. With the establishment and development of China’s market economy system, to seek profit maximization is the main objective of enterprise development. Save money, reduce consumption and waste, maintain the low cost advantage are the important means of enterprises to improve the economic benefits. In practice, there are many seemingly indifferent, minor, trivial things in all aspects of the materials transferring, but a huge latent effectiveness in fact, is still fragmented and hided. So, recognize these fragmented hided benefits is the key to enterprises to cut down the logistics cost. For this purpose, a rational, scientific and effective evaluation system of manufacturing enterprise logistics planning is needed, it can help enterprise to understand their own inadequacies, then enterprise can take the corresponding improvement measures to enhance their efficiency, eliminate their waste, then enterprise can get the improvement space of logistics that also called "the third source of profit".And modem logistics science and technology is an advanced productivity. The advancement and the rationality of logistics operations has become a important sign of great technology and management in enterprise. Therefore, the assessment of the logistics operation is the touchstone of corporate technological progress and management level.In summary, the reasonableness of the logistics evaluation system based on the supplier/customer access to the manufacturing plants is particularly important. This paper defined the logistics of the supplier/customer access to the plants as cohesive logistics. This paper is based on the experience of the cohesive logistics planning and the discovery of logistic issues, comes up with a set of comprehensive, rational, scientific evaluation system to assess their own level of logistics, mine the logistics room for improvement, and provide the decision-making reference to new logistics solutions for the company executives.This paper studies the cohesion logistics evaluation system mainly through the following steps:1. Through the site investigation of cohesive logistics in manufacturing plants, and combined with the logistics planning requirements, the problems need attention were summarized and classified, then classified into three major problems, and build the frame of the evaluation system at last;2. According to the study on formation and main characteristics of three major problems in the cohesive logistics, the paper disintegrated the content of framework, constructed two level indicators and calculation formula correspondingly;3. Based on its own characteristics of cohesive logistics evaluation system, this paper chooses to determine the index weight in the system by AHP method;4. Considering the nonlinear relationship between the actual value and the evaluation index score, the paper chosen the ideal value conversion model as the basis of conversion between the actual value of the indexes and the evaluation value at all levels, then to determine the comprehensive performance scheme;5. The system was applied in the evaluation of an axle factory cohesive logistic planning, and it would verify the rationality and applicability of the evaluation system.
