Study On The Development Model Of Our Metropolitan Tourism Real Estate

With our tourism industry developing quickly, our nation economic level rising up and our traffic condition becoming perfect, developing the tourism real state can drive the tourism industry and real state industry in our metropolitan to develop quickly and healthily. According to the question of how to develop metropolitan tourism real state, this paper focuses on the study of the development model of our metropolitan tourism real state. Firstly, we summarize the tourism real state type that occurred in our metropolitan, and the problems we should pay attention to, then we compare each type from the volume fraction, the chance for getting land and the constraint conditions these three aspects. Then we analyze the main factors that impact the tourism real state development and use the main factor analysis method to build an evaluation model to evaluate the development model of metropolitan tourism real state.Because the development model of ShenZhen Hua-Qiaocheng tourism real state is the most successful case in our metropolitan, the paper chooses it as the analysis case. According the problems and points put forward before, the paper has study about the premise, present condition, development model and relative influence factors of its tourism real state development. Then using the evaluation model to evaluate its development model, point out the creative aspects and drawbacks and give some suggestion.At last, according to the research on the tourism real state in this paper, we give some suggestion for the development model of metropolitan tourism real state and hope it can be helpful for our metropolitan tourism real state development.
