In the economic development and the acceleration of urbanization stage, the development of all the projects strong demand for land, to face the many people and little land, land resource supply limited reality status, taking resources environment restriction for the main characters of the more obvious contradiction, land resources use face huge pressure of space and environment . Through the development of theoretical research, and setting up the index system, the land use construction change to provide a way for new ways to expand the field land intensive use. The results is great significance for the evaluation to control the development zone blind expansion, promote development zone land use internal tapping, establish and perfect assessment system of our country land use development zone, improve our country land development zone scientific management level, and strengthen and improve land participate in macroeconomic regulation, construct resources-conservation society, promote the healthy and sustainable development of the development zone.Through analysis of development zones of all types of land use status, using PSR model and combining with the existing research results, based on the "pressure-state-response" zone of intensive land use evaluation index system, and the principal component analysis method to application development zone intensive utilization of land evaluation. Through the analysis and evaluation results, summarized the development of intensive land use status of the main influencing factors and specific factors, and put forward some suggestions. The main research conclusions are as follows:(1) In this paper on the basis of existing researches, gripping development zone connotation of intensive land use, it is feasible that according to the relation between human and land of development zone build the PSR model constructing evaluation index system, and the comprehensive evaluation index can be used to measure the degree of intensive land use in development zone.(2)The constructing evaluation index system based on The PSR model, use the principal component analysis method to evaluate Land intensive use of each type national development zone , evaluation results are as follows: first, according to the characteristics that the principal components influence various development zone intensive land use , summarized the main influencing factors of all kinds of development zone intensive land use status; Second, according to the evaluation results of the development zone, summarized the influence its intensive land use status of the specific factors; third, according to intensive land use characteristic of various development zone,it provides a new concept for a land intensive use rating .(3) According to the results of an empirical analysis of the development zone, land intensive use should not only pay attention to improve the output of the land using efficiency, and pay special attention to the use of land with the pressure, the managers of the construction of the feedback ability. The development zone is the development of their own to deal with different stage, regional conditions, resource factors and other land use "pressure" status, which should be evaluated in system. The level of land intensive use the industrial structure, function orientation and the shortcomings of the policy measures for further analysis. Clear the development zone with local characteristics land intensive use connotation and development goals, reasonable lead the industry transition, optimize the structure of land use, make effective measures to guide and coordinate economic development and social development, improve the comprehensive efficiency of land use.
