Green Tourism Real Estate Development And Evaluation Model

Warm up in recent years, as a kind of innovation pattern, real-estate for tourism has gotten the universal solicitude of the personage of all circles that can realize resource and economic and ecological sustainable development. The concept of tourism real estate in our country is very vague, now some projects has backward level, can not satisfy tourist for the high quality of life at all, and it has also brought many worries of tourism. Therefore, it is an important challenge for the real-estate for tourism to improve and continuously enhance the quality of tourism project, realize green development and management.The improvement and enhancement of the quality of tourism real-estate must be tested in accordance with certain standard, so it is necessary to establish a set of scientific, complete and quantified evaluation system for the development and appraisement of real-estate for tourism. It is also very important to achieve scientific and objective evaluation and accurate orientation for the development condition through such system.This paper consists of 5 chapters as follows:The first one review the development, study progress of tourism real-estate, and elaborate the green development research of it.The second chapter has first put forward the concept of real estate for tourism, analyzes major feature and the basic types of it, and then elaborates the pattern of its exploitation in china. According to the analysis of the problems of real-estate for tourism, the paper points out the urgent of development in a green way.The third starts from the intension of green real estate for tourism, clarifies the support system of the appraisement of green real-estate, and discusses the related theoretical bases.In the fourth chapter, the paper emphatically analyses on the goals and the principle and major contents.The fifth chapter, on the basis of investigation to the existing international general indexes related to this program, the paper brings forward the constituting and establishing principle of the evaluating indicator system for the construction of tourism real-estate in a green way. In the meantime, it proposes a fuzzy clustering method to deal with the comparative independence of different level indexes, and then establishes the evaluation model at last.
