At present, because of the uncertainty of the market, the innovation of the technique and the mobility of the staff, the environment that IT enterprises face is more and more complicated. After 5 years of development and several times of personnel changes, MIG Company has become one of the most representative companies in Beijing IT industry. How to construct the salary system and performance appraisal system that meet the characteristic of IT industry and accord with the practice of the company is the practical problem that the executives of MIG Company must take into account from the overall strategy. This paper first deeply studies the modern human resources management theories of salary management and performance management and analyses the widespread problems in these fields, combining the salary management and performance management status of IT enterprises indomestic and abroad and the actual situation in the MIG net Company. Then using the theories of modern salary management science and performance management science, learning from the human resources design in foreign companies, and combining the method of performance appraisal, the author designs a salary distribution system and a performance appraisal system for the MIG net Company that accord with the characteristic of IT industry, combine the short-term and long-term incentives, pay attention to both incentive and restraint and have market competitiveness, based on the skill salary system and complemented by the concept of broadband salary, in order to resolve the problems such as drain of personnel, lack of enthusiasm and skill quality, achieve the company's strategy objective and obtain sustainable development.
