The Study On Chinese Intellectual Property Rights Of Foreign Trade

All the world pay attention to the intellectual property rights. The intellectual property rights includes domestic and foreign party. This paper study the Chinese goods intellectual property rights of international trade mostly.More and more intellectual property rights conflicts take bad influence to Chinese international trade and image. This paper researches the conflict and to find the reason based on economics, polity and law. The reason includes two side, one is other development countries build intellectual property barrier, the other side our tortious act exists. Solved the problem should take measures from both cooperation with other countries and innovation domestic.We can use of reference developed intellectual property protection and integrative state development stratagem. The paper gives the advices about government and corporation how to deal with the said problem.
