In the past decade,TPP is always a hot topic for the world,especially the United States and the countries led by it.They had been preparing the TPP in secret until the Trump selected to be the new president of USA.Trump abolished the TPP,that was unexpected,so some of the scholars believed that we can ignore the negative impact to China,because we are the biggest gainer for the abolishment.But the author believes it is still very valuable to study about the agreement,especially about the intellectual property,as high standard to protect the intellectual property is inevitable trend for the world in the future.Nowadays,intellectual property is still the weakness for us,study the intellectual property of the TPP will be very helpful to complete ourselves.The paper references the thesis and law in some countries at home and abroad about the intellectual property,proposed we should study the intellectual property of the TPP,as to perfect the intellectual property law of our country.Based on that,the paper will carry out with the following:At first,analysis and research the importance of the TPP terms of the intellectual property rights to the foreign trade and economic of our country.Secondly,compares with the TRIPs from the trademark,copyright,patent and law enforcement measures,conclude the TRIPs-plus item.Thirdly,based on TPP,analyzes the problems which caused by the invasion of intellectual property rights by USA and China's own intellectual property.At last,for the direction of domestic law and International law,we will seek countermeasures from the legislation,promote free trade liberalization agreement and build the new trade group against the TPP.
