The especial characteristics of real estate decide the characteristics of real estate investment, such as long period of exploitation, big affect of investment condition, Tremendous amount of investment, high risk of investment and so on. Whether for business or personal terms, real estate not only as a investment goods, both in production and daily life functions, Real estate has certain hedge against inflation and have a high level of real estate investment value and practical value, so Has been a hot point of investment, the analysis of real estate investment decision-making on it is particularly important. The real estate market is a market full of high risks, the risks and the investment decision must be estimated before the decision-making of the real estate investment, Just do like that, the investment of Real estate can make decision in reason.This paper includes four chapters. Chapter one is started with introduction. Based on many mutual studies inside and outside our country ,First to introduce the comprehensive review of investment decision making on real estate investment and the prior academic literature of the decision-making of real estate investment; then to introduce the motivation and the main content; finally introduce the key and the highlights of the paper, namely use the viewpoint of the system theory, put the error eliminating theory into the decision-making of real estate investment domain. Chapter two is studying the content and the possible risks of decision-making of real estate investment, factors of affect and so on. Chapter three is the theory frame of the error-eliminating; namely the background, the study object and content, and the study methods and the goal of the error-eliminating theory. In the base of the error-eliminating theory point out the methods of avoiding and eliminating error of decision-making of real estate investment. Chapter four is the research of errors in decision-making of real estate investment system, which is the core content of this paper. In the first the decision-making of real estate investment is attracted an object system, which five subsystems is conditional subsystem, conclusion subsystem, inherence function subsystem, Purpose function subsystem and relationship system. And then establish the rule system of distinguish error of real estate investment decision. Second, establish the logic model of decision-making of real estate investment to error eliminating and get the formula to solving the error number of the decision-making of real estate investment. At last, applying the error eliminating theory and the formula to analyses the case of ZHONGCHENG Square , in the base of the error number, to conversion and elimination the mistakes in the system of the ZHONGCHENG Square decision-making of real estate investment system.The key and highlighting contents of this paper is applying the error logic theory, establish the error logic model of decision-making of real estate investment to error eliminating. Consumers adopted by the error logic model of decision-making of real estate investment analysis, the real estate investment decision-making errors in the conversion or elimination reasonable to help the real estate investment decision-makers to make the right decisions, and thus offering the method and thinking for researching the reducing and transformation of decision-making of real estate investment quantitatively.
