With the society progress and the change of market mechanism, as an important profit source, the concept of logistics has been converted from"the movement of goods"to"providing services for consumers at a low cost using information technique". With the rapid development of network economy, the logistics enterprises are going ahead towards the direction of large scope and network with big strides. Furthermore, the competition between enterprises becomes competition of supply chains. The paper gives analysis of the manufacturing industry, which includes conformity mode of supply chains, value chain structure of 4PL as well as the application strategy of 4PL in the management of logistics and supply chains of electronic equipments manufacturing industry. It will be an effective way to set up logical 4PL distribution platform and network in order to solve the management problems of logistics and supply chain systems in the manufacturing industry of our country. On the basis of expatiation of modern logistics theory in detail, company S, which has typical industry characters, is taken as a case study. Distribution mode of S company is innovated, the network distribution mode based on 4PL is established for company S, then the simulation and optimization is run for verification. After localization analysis of company S, the general distribution pattern based on 4PL for electronic equipments manufacturing industry is created for future study. Finally, it concludes the paper that 4PL will be the main logistics and distribution pattern in electronic equipments manufacturing industry of our country in the near future.
