Farmer's Ecological Behavior In Ecological Reconstruction In Western China

The depravation of the ecological environment has already become a key factor that constraining the development of the western economy or even threatening the survival of the local people,so accelerating the protection and construction of the western region is the inevitable choice for sustainable development of economy,society and ecosystem. For a long time,peasant's unreasonable ecological behavior is the main factor accelerating the worsening of the environment. That's because the farmer have more close relationship with the environment which affect the environment most. So,it's necessary to study the farmer's behavior in western ecological reconstruction.The main content of this paper is as follows:Chapter one: Introduction. This part mainly described the thesis research background, research purpose,research meaning and domestic and international research condition. Explain this thesis's research idea,method and possible creation.Chapter two: Introduced the basic theories for studying the farmer's ecological behavior in the western ecological reconstruction.Ⅰ.Elaborated the condition and reason of the western environment.Ⅱ. Analyzed the history reason,economic meaning and realistic advantage of that the farmer as the corpus of the reconstruction.Ⅲ.Provided people include three kinds that are economic people,social people and ecosystem people.Ⅳ.The paper defined the ecological behavior of the farmer in western ecological reconstruction.Chapter three: The condition and issue of the farmer's ecological behavior in western ecological reconstruction.Ⅰ.Elaborated the condition and influence of the farmer's ecological behavior.Ⅱ. Used game theory to analyze the ecological behavior. The result shows that the farmer will not actively participating the environment protection and ecological construction under present condition.Ⅲ. Point out the mechanism defect of the western ecological reconstruction.Chapter four: Analyzed the behavior motivation and the influence factor of the farmer's ecological behavior in western ecological reconstruction.Ⅰ. Divided the farmer's ecological behavior motivation into physical need type motivation,security need type motivation, affection need type motivation,respect need type motivation and self-realization need type motivation according to Maslow theory.Ⅱ. The performance of the farmer's ecological behavior is characterized by short-term interests-oriented motivation and non-clear motivation.Ⅲ. The survey indicates that the importance of environmental protection,environmental protection knowledge,educational level,gender and income,and other factors on the ecology of rural households have significantly positive impact on farmer behavior, while policy, age and other factors is not very obvious.Chapter five: The incentive mechanism for the farmer's ecological reconstruction in the western region.Ⅰ.Analyzed the incentive goal,incentive factor,design priciple and basic model of the mechanism.Ⅱ. Explained the principle that the mechanism design should follow.Ⅲ. Studied the main contents of the mechanism which includes benefits compensates mechanism,ecological participation mechanism,ecological education mechanism,behavior evaluation mechanism,information transmission mechanism and other mechanisms.Chapter six: The coutmeasure and suggestion for optimization of farmer's ecological behavior in western ecological reconstruction.Ⅰ. In terms of economy,enlarge the input of the government and improve the environmental economic policy.Ⅱ.In terms of administration,strengthen pollution prevention work and strengthen environmental monitor.Ⅲ.In terms of law,perfect regulations and standards system and law enforcement supervision system.
