In the process of building a socialist market economy, we can not do anything without credit which is the basis of the market economy. And the study on the credit appraisal of the enterprise is an important aspect in the building of the credit society. There is no doubt that the sustainable development of Chinese construction industry needs the credit. But the credit situation of Chinese construction industry is alarming, and the construction market credit system is obviously lagging behind. Therefore, we need to establish a better credit system of the construction market, to promote the industry's healthy development. Considering this, it is necessary to form a feasible credit system as well as a credit appraisal method for project construction cost consultative enterprise through investigation, which, as the important component of the whole construction industry.Under the premise of China's real estate industry strongly advocated the establishment of credit, real estate industry credit evaluation models has put forward combined by China's situation and "Chinese Enterprises Evaluation Guide" through the in-depth analysis and study. This evaluation system uses the experience of other industries and leading international rating system model for reference. And evaluate which ultimately achieving the overall objective evaluation in real estate credit.This paper proposes a framework of credit evaluate indicator system of real estate based on established index system, using the method of system-listed real estate credit evaluation of the indicators, with various domestic and international credit rating systems. The writer use the method of Balanced Scorecard and AHP with entropy technology to assurance the weight of each indicator in the credit indicator system, and then use lines of fuzzy mathematics subordination method for dimensionless of each indicator. In addition, it forms the gradation indicator for real estate enterprise's credit with reference to the "Four Grade Ten Levels" criteria adopted International banks as well as those adopted by American Moody's Investors service and Standard and Poor's service. Finally, the application of the mode of the real estate enterprise's system gets a deep knowledge of real estate enterprise's credit. Besides, the author made an in-depth analysis on the credit conditions in real estate enterprise and gave some suggestions.
