Research On Evaluation Of Core Competence Of Real Estate Enterprises Based On FAHP

Core competitiveness of enterprises is the driving force behind sustainable development to maintain a long-term advantage.The core competitiveness of enterprise has become one of the latest achievements of Management and Economics blend,increasingly subjecting to the attention of corporate management community.The real estate industry is one of the pillar industries of China's national economy,China's sustained economic prosperity and an important growth point,this important position once thriving vitality,as an integral part of the real estate business section of the golden age of the achievements of the real estate industry.However,whether it is the drastic changes in the external market environment or the needs of the real estate companies themselves,real estate enterprises are facing the situation.grim.Therefore,in order to meet the new challenges,the Chinese enterprises must focus on strengthening their core competitiveness building.In this regard,the real estate enterprises in the fierce competition in the market if you want to win and form their own unique competitive advantage,it must cultivate its own unique core competitiveness.In this paper,the combination of theory and practice,qualitative and quantitative research,the research on evaluation of real estate enterprise's core competence.On the basis of consulting a large amount of literature,through the theory of core competitiveness of real estate enterprises,the SWOT analysis of the current status of real estate companies.Then from the financial perspective and the non-financial perspective,the author analyzed the influencing factors of the core competitiveness of real estate companies and constructed an index system.Using the method of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the core competitiveness of case real estate companies was evaluated and analyzed.Finally,some measures are put forward to cultivating the core competitiveness of real estate enterprises.
