| In recent years, although the rapid development of China's real estate industry, the real estate industry is not optimistic about the development of most enterprises, the real estate market competition is becoming increasingly fierce and the government is going ahead with macroeconomic control policies continuously, real estate enterprises are finding themselves in their turns. Analyzing the competitive environment, and researching into the competitiveness of the real estate enterprises contribute to the achievement of real estate enterprises and industries to sustainable development, and effectively deal with the increasingly fierce market competition, and to develop the real estate business, industrial sustainable development policies with reference.In this thesis, first, basic theories on real estate enterprise competitiveness research are reviewed, and then empirical studies based on real estate enterprise competitiveness relevant factors such as the real estate business, the market is unique and macroeconomic, industry development environment for analysis and found the overall macroeconomic situation is conducive to the development of real estate enterprises, however, low market concentration and competition more intense. Finally a real estate enterprise competitiveness evaluation indicator system is established, using AHP to methods of evaluation of the competitiveness of listed companies for real estate empirical research and analysis. Basis from the organizational structure, competitive strategy, technology, credit, professional, strategic alliances, capital markets, education, competition systems and so on, responses on enhancing the competitiveness of real estate enterprises are been raised. |
