Comparative Research On Development And Regional Cooperation Policy Of The Countries In Great Tumen River Area

With economic globalization and the rapid development of regional economic groupings, world's most areas have established regional economic cooperation organizations, and in the world only Northeast Asia has not been built integration organizations. In order to obtain the benefits of economic cooperation, Governments of the Northeast Asian nations co-sponsor to make the major cities for the loose sub-regional cooperation model that is the Tumen river development of regional cooperation. As many political and economic factors, compared to other economic organizations , after more than ten years of development cooperation the process of Tumen river regional cooperate is relatively more backward.This paper has discarded the previous research on the process of cooperation and simple lag factor analysis, in a government-led model of cooperation, making the policy in Greater Tumen river regional development as the entry point and systematic and in-depth comparative study on the institutional framework in the development of the Tumen river region are an extremely important theoretical and practical significance.Introduction mainly states the purpose of the study and its significance.The first chapter summarize the relevant literature on Tumen River development of the regional cooperation from both domestic and foreign aspects .After literature review I found that research results in this region is that research on China's cooperation in the Tumen River Development is still a insysematic. Owed to comprehensive study in this chapter provides the identification strong support for this research study objectives.The second chapter analyzes policy of the participation in the Tumen river development of the regional cooperation. First of all it introduce the background of counries' participation in the Tumen river regional cooperation .Then, the paper expound the strategic goals and policy measures .Based on it this review was made on regional cooperation policy.The Chapter three mainly make a comparative study on policies of surrounding countries in Greater Tumen river area. Using horizontal and vertical comparative analysis method, these comparative analysis including six aspects have been made which contain starting point for cooperation policies ,policy options path, political and economic systems ,policy strategic direction, industrial policy and so on.Chapter four put forward China's countermeasures on participation in the Greater Tumen river area.
