After60years of economic development and30years of reform and opening up, Chinahas solved the problem of food and clothing, and emerged as the world’s second largesteconomy, the comprehensive national strength has greatly improved, but the "three rural"issue is still the biggest modernization of China’s future problems. The key to solvingagricultural problems in agricultural technology innovation, but innovation itself to improveagricultural technology and the development of social productive area is very limited, onlythose agricultural technology truly mastered farmers into the production process, it can reallyimprove productivity. Therefore, in this context, the agricultural technology innovationdiffusion model study has important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly, the previous literature and data scholars were combing the status of agriculturaltechnology innovation diffusion and abroad were discussed and summarized, laid thetheoretical foundation for the study. Secondly, this study drawing on existing agriculturaltechnology innovation diffusion on the basis of research on agricultural technologyinnovation diffusion models and analysis of influencing factors of the sort. In the third chapter,combined with the status quo of agricultural development Qiqihar, the factors affecting thediffusion of agricultural technology innovation in the identification and analysis, preliminarymodeling framework and propose appropriate assumptions for model variables weremeasured to determine the final model of agricultural technology innovation diffusion. In thefourth section, design questionnaires and questionnaires for testing and correction; throughthe typical areas to investigate, collect sample data, using descriptive analysis, reliabilityanalysis, validity analysis of the data measurement and analysis, using structural equationmodeling and statistical analysis software for agricultural technology innovation diffusionempirical research, the results of the measurement model and the structural model analysisand the role of various factors on the path of agricultural technology innovation diffusion sizeand the degree of influence of each factor. Finally, according to the results of theoreticalanalysis and empirical research, combined with the optimization principle agriculturaltechnology innovation diffusion model proposed optimization measures on agriculturaltechnology innovation diffusion model Qiqihar.
