Research On The Disruption Management Of Airlines Operation In Emergency State

Civil Aviation Industry in China has made great achievement based on the booming of China's economy. Meanwhile, the opening of China's civil aviation market attracts both international and domestic investors, which also brings made fierce competition of China civil aviation. So, in the face of opportunities and challenges, airways must develop its own core competitiveness and win the survival and development.However, disturbance in airlines operation is inevitable because of its particularities. For example, weather changes, aircraft fault and passengers' illness suddenly would cause disruption of airlines operation, by which scheduled flight will be disturbed, following by delay of flight and even confusion of follow-up flights. In the process of airlines operation, planning from the state or even feasible caused by the impact of internal and external factors, how to implement disruption management of airlines operation, and resume the normal operation of airline rapidly are the key issue of this study.Through a large number of related literatures of domestic and overseas and combination of interviews with airways personnel, the study analyse the actuality of disruption management of airlines operation which disturbed by emergency, point out the problems of disruption management of airlines operation when the flights are disrupted by internal or external factors. Then, on the basis of making full use of existing research results, combination inheritance and innovation, propose network model which based on Pairing to optimize flight schedule which are disrupted. At last, some related measures were proposed in order to implement disruption management of airlines operation in the state of emergency well.Disruption of flights caused by unexpected incidents will not only bring tremendous airline losses, but also lead to great inconvenience of passengers. Therefore, the need of airways to enhance competition and better meeting the needs of passenger, are two main targets of this study.
