Study On The Development Pattern Of Logistics Cluster

Logistics is the basic industries of the national economy, and it is the measure of a country's modernization and an important indicator of the comprehensive national strength. In order to achieve the profit value of the logistics, all countries strongly develop logistics industry. Economic rapid development has brought the chance and the challenge for modern logistics industry in our country, so improving the competitiveness of the logistics industry and speeding up the logistics industry development are inevitable choice of the regional economic development. And the logistics industry has an opportunity of development for emergence of the logistics cluster. With the regional economic contributions of industrial cluster becoming obvious, more and more enterprises concerned about this new form. Industry cluster is an important economic phenomenon, and it is a large number of industrial enterprises with close contacts in specific areas, which has sustainable competitive advantage phenomenon. Logistics cluster is a kind of economic social phenomenon, which is logistics enterprises gathered in a particular region and bring the competitive advantage. The logistics industry has its own characteristics as services. And the logistics clusters make great contribution to development of the logistics industry and the regional economic.This thesis is divided into four parts as follows: In the first part, according to the special nature of the logistics cluster, analyze the impact factors of logistics cluster from macroeconomic and microeconomic aspects, and environment, government, market and cluster network four-dimensions. As the basis for the impact factors of logistics cluster, divided the development pattern of the logistics cluster is into geographical endowment, dependent leading industries, resource-sharing and government guidance. Comparative analysis the characteristics and effects of different logistics cluster development patterns in the next part. In the third part, because the impact factors have different weights to different industry cluster pattern, the factors weight of the logistics cluster pattern are analyzed using AHP and determine its pattern of development. Finally, Wuhan as an example, analyze the logistics cluster development environment from the macro-and micro, and use AHP to analyze the factors weight of logistics cluster in Wuhan to choose development pattern of logistics cluster.Based on regional economic theories and industrial clusters theories, combine qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, analyze the factors and the pattern of logistics cluster from the theoretical level, using AHP to select the appropriate development pattern of logistics cluster for Wuhan and give some proposal and I hope that they can contribute to the development of logistics clusters in Wuhan.
