Whether the slope of open pit mine is stable, not only relates to the smooth production, but also a profound impact on the security of personnel and equipment. Once the slope is instability,it will impact the smooth progress of mining, heavily cause a great loss of property, even the local ecological environment in a long period of time.The traditional slope stability analysis method such as limit equilibrium method and numerical analysis method, often use certifying analysis, ignoring the widespread problem of slope fuzzy uncertainty factor, which can't overcome the problem that it couldn't describe the ambiguity in analysis process of slope stability.After discussing and studing the fuzzy randomness in the slope, a special fuzzy synthetic evaluation model has been found in allusion to the actual situation of JDC open pit mines lope,which introduced membership functions and multilevel weight distribution method.The conclusion of evaluation showed that the high slope of JDC open pit mine was currently in general stable condition and need to take measures for maintenance and improvement,which verified the rationality of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.On this basis, a computer program to the fuzzy comprehensive safety evaluation of JDC high and steep slope has been written,which carried out the safety assessment in digital and visual while the process became easier and faster. The main contents and conclusions are as following:(1)Studied on fuzzy uncertainty of open pit slope, including the the fuzzy uncertainty of internal factors and external factors about slope.The advantages of fuzzy synthetic evaluation in solving these problems has been maken sure.(2)A special fuzzy synthetic evaluation model has been found in allusion to the actual situation of JDC open pit mine slope,and detailed analysis and comprehensive evaluation about the slope has been accomplished, it showed that the open pit slope was general stable.The evaluation results were consistent with the real status of that slope, proving that this evaluation model was applicable for the safety evaluation of JDC open pit slope.(3)Introduced membership functions of influence factor and multilevel weight distribution method in the evaluation process.14 factors were selected and divided into 4 sub-sets,then analyzed and calculated to get the final grade membership fuzzy matrix and total sorting of the weight.The results were consistent with the slope situation,verifying that the membership function and the index weight distribution of factors were reasonable.(4) A program has been written on the basis of fuzzy synthetic evaluation model about JDC open pit slope.Without the guidance of experts, engineers can make evaluation on the open pit slope stability quickly and easily at any time.In addition, with the evaluation program, people could forecast or post evaluate the effects of maintenances and improvements more intuitively and efficiently.
