It constructs the evaluation index system according to the evaluation mind and rules and, evaluates the efficiency of economically affordable housing policy in Urumqi using entropy. At last, it learns the advanced models and experiences from foreign countries and some cities of China, so that it gives out several suggestions about how to improve the efficiency of economically affordable housing policy.
