Study On Supply And Demand's Interactive Relationship In China's Agricultural Technological Innovation

Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy industries. The rapid development of agriculture is of vital importance to the elevation of the comprehensive national capacity. The agricultural technological innovation is the unceasing source and motivation to the development of agriculture, and it has a significant promoting effect to realize the two fundamental changes in agriculture from the extensive farming to the intensive farming and from the traditional agriculture to the modern agriculture. But the traditional model of the agricultural technological innovation born out of the planned economic system has no longer adapted to the development request under the current socialistic market economic system. It has brought a structural conflict of dual shortage between the effective supply and the effective demand during its operating course, and has baffled the rapid development of agriculture. So there is both theoretical and applicable significance to have a thorough and systematic analysis on all kinds of factors that restrict our country's supply and demand of the agricultural technological innovation and to improve the actual agricultural technological innovation model.This article first introduced the basic theory of the agricultural technological innovation. Then it described the achievements and the problems in the supply and demand mechanism of our country's agricultural technological innovation, and then it analyzed all kinds of factors that influence the supply and demand mechanism of our country's agricultural technological innovation, including system factor, impetus factor, input factor, market factor, spread factor, policy factor, income factor, farmer factor, information factor, etc. Based on these analyses, it came to a conclusion that we should make a new agricultural technological innovation model which would make the supply and demand effect mutually.
