The Research Of Industrial Development On Yangluo Economic Development Zone Of Wuhan

The uninterrupted growth of a region or country's economy will inexorably lead to the changing of demand structures, and this may naturally require corresponding adjustments of industrial structures, the optimization of which is the major component of industrial economics. Having consulted and sorted out a large number of related documents and datas, the author of this thesis, therefore, has beening making intensive research on the model of industrial stnicthures, attempting to make some innovation and a breakthrough on the adjusting methods of Yangluo's industrial structures, so as to propose a practicable plan for readjusting of regional industrial structures.This paper firstly carries out an analysis of the pattern theory on regional industrial structures. And then, it gives a brief account of the industrial situations and geographical adavangtages etc. on Yangluo's economic development zone, as well as conducting a detailed analysis on problems it faced during its development. At last, basing on the introduction of its foreign counterparts' successful experience, the paper describes its superiority, and puts forward the relative plans for readjusting the industrial composition.This paper mainly puts its focus on analyzing Yangluo's formula of development, and moreover, predicting its development tendencies. On the one hand, the development pattern of Yangluo should be a unique one, which makes overall plans and comprehensive developments by combining its port, industry, trade, and logistics with city constructions etc. Besides, its operational model is also an integrated one which mixes up the leading enterprices with the industrial land agents and the private proprietors, and the decied superiorly of which is being able to make the most of its geographical and locational adavantages; to develop and construct the scale merit, group merit and brand merit as a unified whole; to bulid the guiding industries and perfect the industrial trains; to fully plan, design, establish, and manage the logistics bases in Yangluo, aiming at revealing its real investment and establishment merits in the end. On the other hand, the development tendencies of Yangluo new town are to make overall plans for economic development, draw benefits from its geographical superority, display its locational adavantages, and promote the development of port logistics industry, the present of which forms the backbone of Yangluo economic development zone; and meanwhile, to develop some prominent heavy industries such as steels, energy resources etc., utilizing the existing industrial bases so as to enhence the interrelations among various industries, and positivly use technological means to upgrade the traditional mode of production and operation.
